This building has had many lives… it started out as the ubiquitous diner.

Although I drove by it for the first time many years ago, I never stopped. It has had multiple variations as an eating place including the last as a soul food restaurant run by a local family. The food was highly rated. Finally I stopped in with a couple of friends and had the pork chop with gravy special for breakfast. We each enjoyed our meal and vowed to return.

The place then started to evolve through different non-descript, retail businesses - vape shop, t-shirts, various shops for knick-knacks and other potpourri.

Finally to today - a ? …maybe storage with lots of half-opened boxes and stuff piled on tables. It’s hard to see, the windows are dirty and the place is dark.

Now I have a picture of the building and it’s interesting exterior and guards, to enjoy. It would be nice to see it’s revival somehow.
